For my final Springboard project, I utilized Python and Tableau to analyze the New York Airbnb market to direct investment efforts. My recommendations were based on an understanding of the customer demand and spatial analysis for high tourism areas.
For one of my Springboard capstone projects, I chose to analyze customer survey data from an airline. Utilizing Tableau, I provided an analysis on customer demographics and customer experience elements to provide recommendations that will promote higher customer satisfaction.

Upon completion of the Google Data Analytics Professional Certification, I completed a capstone study of a fictional bikeshare company. Utilizing R programming and Tableau, I conducted a descriptive analysis on the data to understand trends in different types of users to drive business growth through increased annual membership.
